Abstract:

The problem of PERSONAL identity among others may stem from the following question—what does be the person that you are, from one day to the next, necessarily consist of? The diachronic problem of PERSONAL identity raises question on the necessary and sufficient conditions for the identity of the person over time. The synchronic problem is grounded in the question of what features or traits characterize a given person at one time. To answer these questions, John Locke discarded the soul and the body as necessary and sufficient substances for PERSONAL identity over time. He accepted consciousness as the only criterion for PERSONAL identity; the only thing capable of remaining the same and preserving PERSONAL identity through change. Though Locke’s argument is somewhat clear and coherent but what remains vague and incoherent is embedded in the question—what exactly is consciousness? How and why should it be the basis or criterion for the determination of PERSONAL identity? Using the method of critical analysis, I argue that Locke’s choice of consciousness as the determinant of PERSONAL identity, though quite novel, is incoherent and vague. Secondly, Locke had already presumed and anticipated clearly though fallaciously the very thing he wishes to substantiate. I therefore conclude that Locke’s argument is just another way of trying to escape but inadvertently prolonging the difficulty of apparently articulating a distinction between the psychological approach and physiological approach to the problem of PERSONAL identity. However, in my submission, I propose the concept of the “other” as alternative approach— a sort of an extrinsic-intrinsic approach to the problem of PERSONAL identity.

Abstract:

Active and active presence in cyberspace and social networks is subject to its rules and attributes. Today, with the communication revolution, changing the role of the audience to the user, the presence of each individual in terms of the power of cyberspace to produce content and supply it to others, has changed many of the past equations in communication. Each user must manage the elements involved in this process for their effective presence. So there is the question: Is the value of everyone in this space the same? Are there any ways for individual branding or collective use to be used? How do people describe themselves to others on social networks or how do they shape and identify themselves by identifying their identities? How can people improve their identity? Such questions appear to be natural and expected in the relationship between individual identity and identity as a result of its presence in cyberspace and social networks. This article tries to demonstrate the importance of individual real identities in social networks as well as the development of identity in cyberspace and its promotion through a descriptive and analytical method. The results indicate the importance of several elements such as profile, type of post or post, amount of interest, amount of comment, number of followers, etc. are very effective in making this identity.

Abstract:

250 of police officers have been randomely selected to be studied using NEOTEST in order to explor the relationship between the PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS and efficiency of police. regression of the results show that the predictive variable of PERSONALity CHARACTERISTICS is effective in predicting police efficiency. The results of the study shows that there is not a significant relationship between neuroticism and police efficiency. Also there wasnot a signification relationship between extroversion, agree ableness and responsibility and police efficiency. But there is a signification relationship between flexibility and police efficiency. We can say cleary that in PERSONALity characters if the job be more compatible with individual characters his effectiveness and satisfaction will increase. This findings show the importance of PERSONAL differences as well as occupational positive attitudws. Consequently compatibility of the individuals character with his gob through proper recruitment will bring fruitful consequences in fact better job functions can be observed. Each person with specific responsibility will bring his specific characters to work. There are many influencial factors on job satisfaction and efficiency among them are the amount of payment and job nature which cannot be ignored.

Abstract:

Background: In this study, the study of individual CHARACTERISTICS, challenges, ethical and motivational bottlenecks of financial supervision of accountants of the executive organs of the country in the proper implementation of the public sector accounting system, to identify them to improve supervision to achieve system goals Public sector accounting to be provided. Method: The present study was applied, descriptive and survey. The statistical population was all accountants of the executive organs of the country that 260 questionnaires were selected from 10 provinces by cluster random method. The analysis tool was a researcher-made questionnaire. Finally, the data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics (Kalogorov-Smirnov test, Wilcoxon and structural equations) with SPSS and AMOS software. Results: The results show the significant impact of ethical barriers and challenges, motivation and PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS of auditors' financial supervision on the proper implementation of the public sector accounting system. Then, using structural equation modeling, the relationship and correlation between the three components of morality, motivation and PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS were examined, which show a significant relationship and positive correlation between these three challenges. Conclusion: The results of the study emphasize that the expectations of the researcher who is a member of the statistical community, ethical barriers and challenges, motivation and PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS of financial supervision of accountants have a moral impact on the proper implementation of the public sector accounting system.

Abstract:

PERSONAL samplers or in general blunt body samplers are widely used in occupational hygiene for collecting air contaminants in the work environments. This work is part of an ongoing research into the performance evaluation of PERSONAL samplers, particularly in terms of their aerodynamic properties. Velocity profiles have been measured around and within typical cylindrical sampling devices, placed inside of a wind tunnel. A two-component fibre optic laser Doppler anemometer (LDA) is employed to measure the flow field around as well as within the samplers under the test. A variety of conditions, i.e., suction flux, wind speed and orifice size, have been examined. Extensive tests have been carried out in order to verify the reproducibility and reliability of measurements. The results show that reproducibility of the measurements at upstream of samplers are within 1% of the mean velocity. However, analysis of extensive data revealed the presence of noticeable electrostatic effect within and around the sampling device. Attempts were made to eliminate the presence of the electrostatic effect by, for example, spraying the nonconductive sampler with an anti electrostatic liquid, and wire earthing of a sampler made  from cooper, but unfortunately these measures were found to be fruitless in eliminating the electrostatic effects. It should nevertheless, be said that the observed velocity is found to be more stable for small inlet orifice size of 4 mm and high suction flux of 3 l/min and this may be because the charged particles have less time to interact with the field produced by the sampler.

Abstract:

Introduction: The goal of this study was to investigate reliability, validity (construct and convergent) and gender differences of PGIS in Iranian university students.Method: 205 students of Tehran University (88 boys and 117 girls) participated in this study. All students asked to complete PGIS, positive affect, negative affect, life satisfaction and psychological and social well-being. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, independent samples t and correlation analysis with Bonferroni correction performed to analyze data. Results: Internal consistency of the scale was 0.87 showing that this scale had acceptable internal consistency. Results of exploratory factor analysis showed that this scale has a one-dimensional factor structure in the used sample. Results of confirmatory factor analysis confirmed this finding. Correlations between this scale and convergent validity scales were significant and in the expected direction. Conclusion: PGIS has a one-factor structure and good reliability and validity with Iranian university students.
